They have a number of advantages compared to most crutches that are offered, namely:

• they have a higher seat
• the seat is firmer
• they are beautiful and very nicely finished
• suitable for long-term and intensive use, even under heavy loads
  
  

Colors of the cover over the seat may vary.

The legs of each stool can have dark spots and markings. This is the variation in the wood and the wood drawing. This is how it should be.

The cover of the mushroom house is designed on the stool of the wholesaler Scheepjes.
This has always had a size at the bottom of the legs of 29 cm from the outside of one leg to the outside of the other leg.
Unfortunately we have now noticed that the distance between the legs in another batch of stools from the firm de Bondt is 26.5 cm between the outside legs.

It is impossible to write a suitable pattern for the possible deviating sizes.

To get a too large (bottom) cover to fit when the legs of your stool are narrower, it is best to get this to fit by rolling up a strip of 10cm wide fiberfill or an old towel on the bottom 10cm of all 4 legs (under the rungs) and fix them with yarn. Roll just as much of this material around the legs until the bottom of the cover fits nicely over them and no longer hangs loose.

This also solves the problem when a crocheter crochets very loosely or uses other materials.

You can no longer see the rolls on the legs afterwards and it is not disturbing for the face of the mushroom.
