Package not received due to a wrong address
Address details must be entered correctly.
You will receive an email after placing the order in which you can check your details and adjust them if necessary.
As soon as you have received notification that the order has been sent, we will no longer be able to change this information.
Packages with an incorrect address will be returned to us within a few days, together with a return shipment account.
Different rates apply for addresses abroad.
The costs to resend the package to the correct address are the regular shipping costs + the return costs for a package or the return costs for letterbox mail.
If you want to cancel the order, then that is also possible. The return costs are then deducted from the amount you receive.
Returns
With us you have standard 14 days return policy for your order.
14 days return policy
You have the right to return these items within 14 days after receiving your articles.
You should always contact us first by email ([email protected]).
Then you must send the articles together with a copy invoice to us.
This is only possible for shipments within the Netherlands.
Furthermore, the article must be in undamaged condition and complete (if reasonably possible). Items that are damaged are not credited, but are taken.
If all items are complete, the amount will be transferred to your account within 14 days.
The costs and the risk for the return shipment are for your account, so keep the proof that you get from your postal agency.
In case of under-franking of the package you have sent to us, we will charge you for the costs it incurs.
