Package Elephant - alternative yarn without wool

This package is provided with an alternative yarn in place of the Alafosslopi.
All other yarns and eyes you need are the original materials as stated in the book.
So only the Alafosslopi is replaced by an alternative yarn (100% Premium Acrylic).

Use needle 6 for this yarn.
Gauge with needle 6: 13 dc and 15 rnds = 10cm x 10cm.

NB:
To get the right relationship between the head and the handle, it is important that you crochet with the right needle size. If you crochet loosely, a smaller needle is necessary to get the right proportion. Therefore, first crochet the cover of the stool. If you have crocheted approximately the same number of rows as stated in my book for the top of the seat of the stool, then you have the right needle size for the correct ratio. If you have crocheted fewer rows then you need a smaller needle.
A larger head is more likely to sag over time and you also run the risk of not having enough yarn with this yarn package (because you need more for a head that is too large).

The packages do not include the Pattern books, iron wire, stools and fill. This can be ordered separately. The iron wire is available at various hardware stores.
